Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HomEvo, we strive to provide a flexible and fair booking experience. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation Terms
- For an immediate type booking, users can cancel only until a service partner has not been assigned and the booking status is `paid_partner_awaiting`. Once a partner is assigned, cancellation for immediate bookings is no longer possible.
- For a scheduled type booking, users have the flexibility to cancel the booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled date and time slot. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time may not be eligible as per policy.
Refund Details
- In any cancellation scenario, the confirmation fee will not be refunded. This fee covers administrative costs and the initial processing of your booking.
- However, for a cancelled booking, the remaining service charge will not be required to be paid. This ensures you are not charged for a service that was not rendered.
Payment Structure
- For all services, users will receive an estimated cost on the app prior to confirming the booking. This estimate provides transparency regarding potential charges.
- The full payment for the service shall be done only after the service is completed to your satisfaction. Only the confirmation fee will be charged in advance to secure the booking.
